Natalie Stone, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing outpatient mental health care in the Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky area. She treats children, adolescents, and adults through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and coordinated, whole-person care.
Natalie has strong experience treating teens and adolescents with depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood disorders. She works closely with families to create practical, supportive treatment plans that help improve emotional health, school functioning, and daily stability.
She also provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and substance use disorders, including evaluation, induction, stabilization, and maintenance treatment using evidence-based approaches.
Natalie is known for her calm, judgment-free approach and commitment to helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their treatment plan.

Bailey Dericks, PA is a board-certified Physician Assistant providing behavioral health and addiction treatment services to patients across Southern Indiana and the Louisville, Kentucky region. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Bailey is committed to delivering accessible, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals and families throughout the Kentuckiana community.
She treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and opioid and substance use disorders. Bailey has extensive experience providing MAT services, relapse prevention support, and long-acting injectable medication management for both psychiatric and addiction treatment.
Bailey is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and works collaboratively with patients to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term mental wellness, recovery, and improved quality of life.

Melissa Simmons, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults throughout Southern Indiana and the Louisville, Kentucky region. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders. .
Dr. Simmons focuses on collaborative, stigma-free mental health treatment. She works closely with patients and families to create personalized care plans that support recovery, resilience, and sustainable progress.
Dr. Simmons also provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and substance use disorders, offering comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and recovery-focused psychiatric care in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment.
Susan Castro is a United States Navy veteran and Licensed Social Worker providing outpatient mental health therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in Indiana and Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Louisville after beginning her academic training at Texas A&M University. Susan provides evidence-based behavioral health treatment for patients seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and relationship concerns, including couples counseling.
Susan specializes in trauma-informed therapy and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Interpersonal Therapy to help patients improve emotional regulation, reduce symptoms, and strengthen daily functioning. She works with individuals navigating life stressors, mood disorders, trauma recovery, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Her treatment approach is client-centered, solution-focused, and outcomes-driven. Susan partners with patients to build coping skills, improve relationship health, and support long-term mental wellness across home, school, and work environments. She is committed to providing accessible, compassionate therapy services aligned with Momentum’s whole-person behavioral health model.

Torrey is a Medical Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings. At Momentum Behavioral Health Group, he partners closely with psychiatric providers to help ensure efficient clinical workflows, high-quality patient support, and a welcoming care environment for individuals and families seeking mental health services.
Torrey earned his Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management from Ottawa University, with a focus on leadership development and enhancing the patient care experience. He brings extensive experience from both hospital and long-term care environments, where he has developed strong skills in patient coordination, intake processes, and improving overall care delivery systems.
He is passionate about creating a supportive, empathetic experience for patients from diverse backgrounds and works to ensure each individual feels comfortable and respected throughout their care journey. Outside of work, Torrey enjoys cooking, playing video games, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
